Schedule Board Working Hours Not Showing

We have noticed since the upgrades that were pushed to our sandbox environment this last weekend for Field Service that the working hours (White Blocks) are not showing on the schedule boards do other users have this issue or have seen this happen before?

    We have managed to resolve the issue by updating our code.

    Hi Alex,

    I would suggest to raise a support ticket to Field Service team so it can be investigated as this will requires more details about how you are setting the work hours programmatically.

    The DataCenter region is: crm11.dynamics.com (GBR) and the FS Solutions are at 8.8.33.61 since 22 January.

    In order to understand if any calendar rules changes were made, is it possible to share the FS solution version or the org region you are in as described here - docs.microsoft.com/.../new-datacenter-regions

    We have programmatically set the working hours for the resources which was working until the latest update of Field Service was applied at the weekend. On the SB the working hours are no longer showing but it appears RSO is still aware of the working hours and it can still schedule. So what we are wondering is if there has been a change around calendar or calendarrule which has caused the schedule board not to display the times created programmatically.

    If we manually create a working hours via the user interface a resource will show working hours as white time on the SB. However a resource that we had previously applied the working hours programmatically wont show working hours on the SB if we then create working hours via the user interface.

    Is anyone aware of a change around calendar rules?

    Hello Alex,

    are you facing that behaviour in which Field Service solution version? Have you checked the resources working hours configuration? If you set up a new resource with working hours defined for a day, is it grey as well in the SB?
