Hi Everyone!
Does anyone have any experience of building in interactive/ intuitive customer FAQ in 365?
I need customers to be able to search articles and for us to understand if those articles work well.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
I'm new to 365 but have previously worked with Oracle cust help modules.
