Audit in customer service hub

I have enabled auditing in CRM. But i am unable to find Audit history link when i view the record from customer service hub.

Is customer service hub does not support audit history?

    You are right. Customer service hub (ISH) is a kind of PowerApps - Model driven. It’s meant for specific purpose & service hub is for incident management like Tier 1/Tier 2 queues. That’s why Audit is excluded from hub navigations.
