Inventory Closure - Calculation Status

Dear Consultants,

We have an error in inventory closure form which required your assistance.

We had a batch run for the closure, it has completed and we can see the settlement entries in calculation form + financial voucher is already posted.

however, the calculation status is under "Ledger Posting".

Looking forward to have your advise.

Hi,

Do you see some pending ledger transactions in the GL subledger journal form that might not have been transferred yet?

Does the settlement voucher show something?

Hi Ludwig,

GL transactions all looks OK. However, we have an error in stock calculation form. please see below.

Is this seems to be a bug?

Application version :6.3.3000.110

Kernel Version : 6.3.3000.111

Hi,

I am not sure if a consistency check will fix the issue but do you want to try running it?

It should be at System administration > Periodic > Database > Consistency check.

Hi Darshanak,

A similar issue was reported previously, and in that case the number sequence for inventory settlements had been exceeded. Might be worth checking that. If that is not the problem, please open a support ticket as there may be some data corruption.
