Requested Receipt Date must be less than Requested Shipping Date

When I create a Slaes Order the default Requested Shipping Date is todays date and the Requested Receipt Date is todays date + 5 working days.

If I change the Requested Shipping Date to a date after the Requested Receipt Date or the Requested Receipt date to a date before the Requested Shipping date, the other updates to the same date. Essectially the Requested Receipt Date can't be less than the Requested Shipping Date.

Where is this set and can I disable it?
