Restore Production database with attachments

Posted on by 164
I restored recently the production database into my local VM (refreshed the uat from lcs, exported database, then imported it in my local vm and even checked "refresh with attachments " before refreshing)

But the problem is that I cannot see my attachments previews and not even download it when opening the system even though everything was imported successfully.
I went to organization administration > document management > document types, then saw that the location for the files is azure storage and think this is why it wasn't imported with the bacpac file.

How can I access these files or download it from azure to be able to access these file on my local environment?

Can please someone help?

Thank you Waed for your reply
Then what should I do as a close approach for what I want?
Is there any way to download the blob storage from azure?

    Hi,

You can't as Attachments are one of the objects that aren't copied in all refresh operations:
