Sending emails - Status is Waiting(0) for too long

Hi,

I'm trying to send emails when a workflow is complete. In the workflow, I selected the email template, and, in the email template, I'm using a mailbox as a sender.

However, the status of the sending is Waiting(0) and it seems that it won't change.

Is there any configuration that I'm missing?

    Hi Ana.

    The Gmail SMTP is not supported. You can read the valid options in the documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email

    Hi Arshad and Erik,

    I followed these steps: www.tomelliott.co.uk/.../ and I was able to send emails using my own email.

    For some reason, the Gmail SMTP email wasn't working, and neither was the mailbox (but when I tested the SMTP email it worked).

    Hi Ana,

    Just curious what happends if you follow the following steps (this will indicate if you have completed the setup correctly):
    From the system administration - email parameters.

    You can sent a test e-mail, is that actually working?

    Or also getting stuck as waiting?

    Have you made sure the actual batchjob for e-mail processing is on?

    Kindly check the email activity is created or not. If its created whats the status of email ?

    Also check if the email confirguration for sender mailbox is successfull.
