hi,

i'm new in CRM 365, i have a Entity with records and i need to related to an ActivityTypeCode, how can i do that?

please help...

    Hi,

    I'm not sure if I understand the question. But, if you need to allow Activities against an entity, there is an option on the customisation page for the entity.

    2018_2D00_06_2D00_06-21_5F00_45_5F00_52_2D00_Solution_5F00_-Default-Solution-_2D00_-Microsoft-Dynamics-365.png

    This will create the necessary ActivityPointer relationships and allow the social pane etc to be used.
