The inventory valuation report and Inventory to G/L reconcile reports are good point in time inventory related reports.

Is there a point in time report similar to these that will show the actual inventory items (counts, cost, PO nbr, etc..) that have been received and not invoiced?

There are two reports:

Purchase Order Status

Outstanding Purch.Order Status

You can also use the Purchase Lines Page.

But these will show you the current status, if you're thinking of a report where you can select a date in the past and see on that specific date the details of POs that were received and not invoiced, then its not possible as the system doesn't really store that. You can use the Purchase Order Archive Page, but the intention for that page isn't really what you're looking for.

why you need another report for the received not invoiced? I believe inventory to gl rec report is the perfect one.

or you could just export item ledger entries to excel.

As far as I know, this can't be done.

For example, Filter Totals By on the master data does not exist on the Purchase Lines page.
