Hi
I have created a retail discount which is a discount price for few items (Retail->Common->Pricing&Discounts->Discounts).
It has been send to retail store and it is applied only after a customer got selected. If i'm not selecting a customer, discount is not applicable for the items.
Kindly advise.

Please check if the price group attached to the store is attached to the discount as well.
