Validate do not allow duplicate fields

Hi.

Can anyone help me write a validation do not allow field duplicates? 

I have sales order lines with different types of products and I have custom fields month and year.

    Order + product + month + year resolved my issue.

    Create a key of Month + Year. It will resolve your duplication issue.
