Status Reason transition

Hi All,

I have to remove existing status reason values (In progress, on hold, waiting for details, researching, problem solved etc) for case entity and add status reason values which are relevent to my application.

Can I remove existing status reason values for case entity?

    Hi,

    That is ok if you edit values of status reason in case. Just make sure that each status reason linked with Status(Active, resolved etc.). Make changes accordingly.

    Hi

    Yes you can, I would suggest that you map all the old records to the new status' and then delete the old status' after that - By deleting them you would not have them for historic reporting purposes
