Security of Customer Voice vs MS Forms

Hi all - I understand that the difference between both MS Forms and Customer Voice differ mainly on functionality and features however I have been told that because of the different functionality Customer Voice is more secure from a data protection standpoint. Can someone please explain why this is the case? Many thanks!
