Hello everyone,
I am encountering an error within AX 2012 (Application version 6.2.1000.4051; Software version: 4.1.2.4057) when I attempt to invoice a Purchase order, general information below:
To invoice, I click the Invoice tab > Generate invoice and enter the following information:
Then when I click Post, I receive this error:
Clicking Validate reveals the following as well, if relevant, which were all corrected, screenshots below:
Corrected address mismatch between Line 10 and Header:
Added Customer reference to General section on Header:
Added Attention information for PO Header:
I then re-confirmed the PO after making the changes: screenshot of confirmation journal:
The Validate option still states the following after making the changes and confirming the PO again:
I have never seen this before and am not seeing much online about this specific error either. Does anyone have any pointers / advice? Thanks very much!
