[AX 2012 R3] Change quantity on a work through the mobile device

Hi,

I would like to ask if it's possible to change the quantity on a work (ex. sales pick) during execution on the mobile device? Scenarios: 

 - I have to pick 9 pcs but I pick 8 or 10 (over and under delivery is specified on the sales line and allowed)

 - wave demand replenishment - i have to replenish 23 pcs due to a demand, but my box is 100pcs and i want to move all of the to my picking location, not only the 23pcs that I need for current sales lines. 

I setup quantity verification on the mobile device menu item and it lets me enter a different quantity but then i get the message "Quantity is not verified". 

Is there a solution to achieve this?

    - You can short pick (see corresponding work exception). I don't think you can over-pick, but I'm not 100% sure

    - You can replenish with a strategy to round up to a full pallet on location directives, this way the entire pallet will be moved instead of just the missing quantity

    - Quantity verification is used to ensure the user picks the right quantity, so he enters whatever he picked, and it must match what was asked of him

    If he needs to short pick, he needs to click on the corresponding button

    These seem to be 3 different questions though. Maybe you should consider having 1 topic per question, otherwise it might get confusing once more people reply

    Do you know if over-picking is allowed in CU8? What should be the best scenario to achieve it - adjust the quantity on the sales line and create a new wave/work ecc?

    It hasn't changed in CU8.

    Yes, increasing the sales order line quantity is the way to go, in my opinion.
