Reports button doesn't show within a record.

Good morning all,

In Quotes and Orders I have run into an odd situation where the Reports Button doesn't show up when an individual record has been opened.

It appears on the View Level, and placing a check mark beside a record will allow one to run a report based on that selected record, but if one opens the record the Reports button isn't visible.

I have looked in Ribbon Workbench and the Reports button appears on all 3 grids.

Any thoughts?

Rob

    Hello there,

I just checked and it works as expected on my test lab.  Have you tried with another user? what happens if you try with a full admin user?

You can try using the command checker as well:

    Thanks Johao,

Yes, I have tried with all my security roles including the full admin user with the same results of the Run Report tab not being visible.

Thanks for sharing the Command Checker, but it doesn't show the Run Report button either.

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. It seems that you know how to work with ribbon workbench, have you tried by importing the report button from another environment where it works as expected?

    regards,

    Hi again,

I dug a little deeper using the Command Checker and found the following.
