Hi,I

I'm getting this error in UAT environment. How can I solve it?

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column
'DATAAREAID', table 'db_d365.dbo.Table1';
column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

I have the same question (0)

At what point are you getting this error ?

    Was there an upgrade recently?

    Hi Komi,

I have a table that wasn't shared between all legal entities. And I made it shared and released to UAT.

This table had already records Inside but it doesn't have a unique index.

So this happens when calling custom code now as it inserts to this table

Alright, so you need to make sure your update the DATAAREAID on that table with your custom code.

    Hi Komi,

But the table is shared now..there is no dataAreaId.

Is this table a standard table or a custom table ?

When you open the table browser, can you see DATAAREAID field ?

I suggest you give more details about the table in question.

    Share the table properties,

Share a screenshot of the table browser as well.

    Hi Komi,

Save data per company = No

One index with allow duplicate =true

I can assure you that the dataAreaId field doesn't appear in table browser

Also currently the table now contains only one record..as I ran a batch that deletes all records except for the last one. But when I tried again then I'm still getting the same error

I don't have access now to the environment..if there are other properties that you would like to know their values then please let me know

Now, let's take it back to the development environment. Are you having same issue in there ?

I suggest you debug and see what your code is actually doing.
