Hello,I'm trying to create a flow to send a survey. However, in the customer's voice component , I can't see the customer's voice projects.
can you verify that the flow is connected to the same environment?
Hi,
had the same problem today.
Solution is to go to the power platform admin center, open your environment record and choose Dynamics 365 on the resources selector.
Then install or update the missing packages.
After this action all functionality will be available.
