How to make a personalisation on Multi-select optionset field in real time marketing email editor

Hi,

We are currently designing an email template for real-time marketing and having trouble with displaying a multi-select option set field dynamically through the inline condition & code generator.

In the below image, we tried to display the dynamic multi-select option set value on the email template.

This didn't work. Can anyone help me with that?

Also, let me know if this is the right way to show the multi-select option set value

Hi,

To select multiple options in the condition, please follow the below steps and screenshots:-

1) In the conditions please select the operator to “Contains any of” and then select the options from the multi-select option set:-

2) Then Save and Copy the code:-

3) Use it in the template:-

4) It will show the correct value:-

I want Multiselect optionset view as shown in the image.

When create a record I want to show Multiselect optionset through personalization in the email template.

Anyone, please guide me on the same.
