OmniChannel Chat Authentication Fail

Hello everyone,

We are attempting to integrate the OmniChannel live chat functionality into our Customer Portal. We followed all the standard steps including the creating the authentication setting and adding that to the Chat Widget. However, the user, after signing into the portal, is still coming back as not authenticated.

We have no idea what might be the issue in here. Can someone let us know if there is something I need to verify.

    Hi Harsha18,

    Make sure to assign omnichannel users (agents and supervisors), customer service app access security roles.
