Credit Card Synchronization Issue

Hello,

I am facing an issue regarding credit card transactions synchronization in business central. I have linked my bank (AMEX) with business central but the transactions and opening balances are not reflected in business central. Kindly help me out in getting this done as I am unable to perform system based reconciliation. Thanks
