I am currently identifying opportunities to add a new task that will be assigned to a pre-existing case in our D365 CSHub. Currently the instance is hosted in the cloud and I cannot for the life of me identify where the tasks are being held, Whether thats in a SQL db or in a sharepoint folder like the Cases.
The idea of the flow is to gather information from a handover and then once complete, submit a task and mark said task as complete however any power automate connectors doesn't allow me do do/connect anything.
Update: I've identified the folder structure but I am not sure how to correctly input data.
Create tasks in Customer Service Hub and the task record data is stored in Dataverse, which is a cloud-based database.
The task entity's REGARDING field allows the task record to be associated with other records.
A task record can be associated with a specific case.
In the Power Automate Flow, associate newly added task record with a specific case.
