I have a scenario where Customer Service licensed users would like to see Insight Cards to help them manage cases and activities. However, my understanding is that Insight Cards only come with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise license for the standard cards and then you also need the Dynamics 365 Sales Insights add-on to be able to create custom cards with Power Automate (Flow).
Under the new licensing model I assume that for a Customer Service user to be able to view custom Insight Cards they would have to have the Dynamics 365 Sales Insights add-on license?
It's a shame that the Insight Cards are specific to Sales as I see a whole lot of use cases for them with the other Dynamics 365 modules. I just want the cards functionality and not the whole Sales Insights app.
Any thoughts or ideas around this?
