How can We solve this Issue in SAAS version, because in SAAS version we don't have access to the table right?
Hi Shyam,
Ok no problem. Please follow these steps to reset you sandbox.
1) To be able to reset your sandbox you should switch from your sandbox environment to your production Environment. To do so:
Click on the Dynamics 365 on the top left corner, then click on All Apps on the bottom left corner and select Business Central(the one without sandbox as subtitle) --> this is your production environment.
2) now with the search, look for Sandbox Environment and click on the link as illustrated in the image bellow.
3) Then, on the page that popped-out, click on the Reset button.

Best Regards,
You cannot use Powershell in a cloud environment. To reset an online sandbox, you can search for Sandbox and here you should have a button to reset the sandbox.
Hi
How to use the powershell commands when using Microsoft Sandbox cloud environment
Please advice.
Thanks,
Shyam
Try with this command:
Sync-NAVApp -ServerInstance YourServerInstance -Tenant YourTenant -Name YOURExtensionName -Mode Clean
Hi Nissay,
Thanks for your valuable response.
Can you please let me know how to reset the sandbox?
Thanks,
Shyam
Hi Shyam,
This may happen because
- Perhaps - you tried to uninstall your extension from the extension management and then you are trying to publish your app while it has not been deleted completely yet. If you don't have data already inserted on your extension tables try to do a reset sandbox and then re-publish your extension. (Note that this might happen too from D365BC side when Microsoft applies some updates on their servers).
