Upgrade of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Enterprise Edition App fails

Hi Guys,

Im upgrading a Dynamics 365 app from our Dynamics 365 Admin Center and it fails with this particular error.

Ive retried the installation with the same error.
I was actually looking for that Dashboard on our Sales Entity and Dashboards Entity to see if it was existing on our end and trying to see if i could delete it so that it would not look for it (not sure if that should be existing or not existing in the firstplace) but was not able to find it all, have had no luck as well on googling it. Does anyone have any idea on how to get this sorted out? Thanks
The name of the Dynamics 365 app is below. Version I am upgrading it to as per Dynamics 365 Admin center is 9.0.200

    Hi Jimmar,

    We are deprecating Dynamics 365 admin center with a new Power Platform admin center(PPAC). All the functionality offered in the legacy admin center now available in the new PPAC.


    You install / update "Dynamics 365 for Sales, Enterprise Edition App" in PPAC -> Resources -> Dynamics 365 apps. This is the new entry recommend to customers to manage Dynamics 365 apps built on Common Data Service.


    Please refer to the link below to get more information about installing Dynamics 365 apps in PPAC.

    If you have the error while installing the app in PPAC, please log a support ticket for us to take an in-depth investigation.

    the question has not been ansered. whether through the old way or the new way, the error is still showing up. I am getting it today on the new UI interface. this dependency on [msdynce_saleshub] requires the installation of what component? and where do we get it??

    @naveed, mine got resolved by creating a case with Microsoft directly and they applied some patch at the backend as what they have told me.

    Environment does not support Dynamics 365 apps as it was not enabled within creation

    Why create an environment with a database: When you create a production or sandbox environment with a Dataverse database, you have the option to add Dynamics 365 apps such as Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service during the creation process (by selecting Yes for Enable Dynamics 365 apps). Currently, if you don't select Yes for Enable Dynamics 365 apps at the time of database provisioning, you won't be able to make this change later nor be able to install Dynamics 365 apps on this environment. You must have an appropriate Dynamics 365 license to select Yes for Enable Dynamics 365 apps.
