The requirement is to show agent name in report for a particular customer. Customer agent is linked via customer pool and pool will be setup and assign customer groups to pool and customer groups are assigned to customer. I am unable to find any relation so that I can fetch agent against a customer and then show its name on report. Kindly guide.
