Dear Community, good day.
I am doing a POC with Dynamics 365 using the new analytical capabilities for text analysis and product recommendations.
I have all set (the AML analytics service, the connection between CRM and AML, the preview features are enabled, etc....)
When I try to use the "Case Topic Analysis" that basically uses MS Cognitive services for text analytics to detect themes or topics.... the process fails..... (I tried the "Test" and "Build" buttons with similar results). The error message is "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"........
Am I not able to get the proper configuration? or the feature does not work? Could anybody share her/his experience please?

I got the same problem here. Before it failed, Status Reason was "Topic analysis execution is synchronizing" then become failed.
Anyone was able to make this feature work?
