Dear All

Reference to the subject I am facing this problem since I have configured the new company. Please suggest the solution. I have tried so many thigns but still not succeded.

If you tried so many things, the first one surely was following the advice in the error message - checking Open product releases (Product information management > Periodic). What did you find there?

Dear Martin, Thanks for your response and sorry the delayed reply. I have also checked theopen released product form, 2 errors are showing on the info log link window.

Error Message (11:14:08 am) Cannot create a record in Item table (RetailInventTable). Item number: b14027.

The record already exists.

Message (11:03:24 am)

One or more products cannot be released. Validate open product releases in the Open product releases form to identify the reason, and try again.

1st error is quite a strange one as the product is a fresh one I have just created but it is showing as duplicate. So still need your assistance, and the 2nd error is the same as before.

Are you using Retail module at all? If not, the configuration key should be disabled and AX wouldn't try to write anything to RetailInventTable.

If you need RetailInventTable, open it in the company you're releasing to and check whether it doesn't contain b14027. I know you said it shouldn't, but we need to know the reality.

I Phases the same problem and when open "Open releases product" nothing shown and the lines of variants and configuration empty
