Opening the form record from work items assigned to me page

Hello Community

We have developed workflows when assigned to an user it will be displayed in work items assigned to me page. If user opens the record from work items assigned to me page, it will not take to the same record on the actual form but the last one. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Hi,

    make sure that for the form's display menu item the following property 'Allow Root Navigation' is set to Yes.
