Dynamics HR will not allow employees to clock out past 6:59pm

My organization used Dynamics HR, and we use the virtual clock to clock in and out.  I have noticed that the system will not let employees clock out after 6:59pm,and it will not let me modify their time to record their clock out time past 6:59PM.  How to do I allow for late clock outs up to 11:59PM?
