i hope that someone could possibly assist me.
is it possible to run a blank operations programmatically without setting and calling action from a button?

I only read a bit in the documentation and do not know if this actually works, but from what I see is that you can call the Retail application's runOperation() method, with a BlankOperation parameter.

You may try to refer the POS .Net namespace in AX and see if you are able to call the managed code. If not, you could still write a C# wrapper around it and call that from X++, if that is your requirements.
