Setup time cost

Hi all,

I assign setup time cost for operation 10. I have 2 operation 10 and 20.

*Note: I know setup cost is fixed cost, however, behavior only effect in report, and now I do not consider report.

When I Calculation cost of item, I realize system show cost of setup time, however this cost is not include in total cost. In Pending prices -- overview. Price is 173.25 and prices charges is 10.5

Who can explain it to me?

    Hi,

    How did you calculate your pending cost price? Did you select the "purchase" radio button or the "production" one? Please rerun your calculation by selecting "production" and you should get the 10$ included.

    Your screenshot looks ok (I was referring to the button "production order" that you have selected.

    If you hit ok, do you still get the wrong price calculated?

    I still have not think the reason occur this error yet. I see price charges occur automatically. Do you know when this one occur?

    Can you check

    (a) whether some site specific limitations in your route, cost prices, category prices, BOM... cause the Trouble?

    (b) What happens if you select "production flow" in the calculation sheet above?

    The standard cost will split between the costs and the burden costs, putting the burden cost into the misc charges and then activating the cost. Can you check the parent record of an activated cost and you will see the 10 in the charges area per "x" items of the setup from memory.
