How give Non-Users Access to an Excel Report.

I created an Excel Report that pulls live data from our database.  Is there a way to share this report with non-users.   I would like for them to a have access to report the report from a PC where GP is not installed.  I am okay if the data is not live or refreshed.

    You can create a user under the db (on the security folder) in SQL.. since Excel reports pulls data directly from sql anyway.
