Dynamics 365 Customer Service installation

I have an error message :

This solution is only available to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement organizations. 

I try to install Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions on a new Environment. 

I wonder what is causing this error.

    I'm seeing the exact same thing. It let me install it in one environment, but it won't let me do the second one.

    Hi @Beth Burrell,

    I have the same issue. And for some Reason I can't copy/paste the screen shot here.

    But the error in the admin solution center says exactly: 'this solution is only available to dynamics 365 for customer engagement organizations' when selecting the Sales solution.

    Otherwise, I have well installed license for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (again i can't paste a screen shot).

    More info: I have two environments, the first one installed got no error and the sales solution is installed. However this is my second enviornment that is problematic. they are both in the same organisation.

    If you can send a screen shot of your Admin center and then of the error , it would be easier to determine the issue.

    Hi partner,

    Did you own the license of D365 customer Service? As I konw, if you have the right license, the Customer Service will be installed in default in your instance.

    Could you share why you need to install customer engagement and what's the version and license of your instance?
