New Lead statuscode value starts at 100.000.000

Hi there! 

I want to add a statuscode value to the statuscode optionset of a lead. If i do so, i can enter the name, by the value field is looked and auto number starts at 100.000.000. Where can i unlock the value field to set my wanted value number or where can i change the auto numbering for this filed?

I already took a look at the optionset setting, but i cant find the statuscode optionset.
