When trying to bill a purchase order I get the following
Business Process Error Quantity = 1 can't be less than the Qty Received =2
Error code: 0x80040265
The quantity received is only 1 and if I increase the Qty to match it then changes the error to
Business Process Error Quantity = 1 can't be less than the Qty Received = 3
Can anyone advise what's triggering the error.

Not additional workflows added.
Here's the error
I think the error is mentioning that the 'Quantity' field (which is the quantity ordered) is being set less than the 'Quantity Received' field.
So essentailly you have received more than what was ordered, which the error message is trying to say
