During Import of Unmanaged Solution facing issue for Type = Entity

HI All,
 
While importing an Unmanaged Solution from one instance to another instance i am facing missing dependency issue for Type = Entity. Even though the entity is already part of the Unmanaged Solution and also in Model Driven App that Entity is already specified.
 
Please help me how to sorted out this issue.
