Applicants don't receive automated emails from Attract when logging in career site via LinkedIn

Hello everyone, 

One of my clients noticed a number of applicants who applied for a job via the Attract career site and used their LinkedIn credentials do not receive an automated email as anyone else does. I have tested the system via test applications and the claim is accurate. Has anyone faced and resolved the same issue? Any ideas?
