How can I see fully received POs and the receipts and invoices linked to them

I know that when a PO is fully received and invoiced, it disappear from the PO list. but i still need to see the fully received POs and their link to the receipts and invoices.

A report or a view that shows every PO and all the receipts and Invoices attached to it.

or a drilldown from the PO or the invoice/receipt is also an acceptable solution.

Go to the posted purchase order screen or posted sales order or posted invoices screen then you can use the navigate function on the document select to go to related documents linked to the document.

You can also archive if needed but that needs switching on (I don't recommend this unless totally necessary)

I tried to follow the path that you suggested to go to navigate - but none of the Navigate in business Central leads to related document.

I don't think there is an option called "Posted Purchase Orders" and the only way to see you closed purchase orders is to Archive but then you won't have the links to receipt/invoice. Maybe one for ideas forum

Hi,

First, go to the Archives Purchase Order, open relevant Purchase Order, and then go to Lines.

Select one line and click on the Line button and click on the Document Line Tracking button.

It will open all the relevant Posted Receipt and Posted Invoice for Purchase Order.

That works but it will require that all POs will be archived. I guess its the only solution for now
