added users and their roles to Dynamics trial and when they log in nothing shows up

i recently signed up for a Dynamics trial, i added 3 users to the Dynamics P1 Trial for information works in O365, had them request permission to the trial, approved their request, and added them to every role in Dynamics (by going to Admin, Security, Users) but when they log in to the trial instance they just get a blank page (first screenshot below)

this is consistently happening to all users. However, when i log in (as the o365 global adminstrator and the one who originally set up the trial) i can see all the Dynamics apps (second screenshot below)

any idea what my issue is?

Hello!

I have tried the same thing on my test instance and it is working fine. Please try to assign the system admin security role to your users. Also, Please confirm you have assigned the product license to them from admin area:

Per first screenshot below you'll see that the user does have the product license.

Regarding security roles...are you referring to roles in Dynamics? If so, you'll see (in the second screenshot) that the user does have System Administrator (along with every other role i could select :))
