Hell guys,
I try to set up a trial environment to test Omnichannel functionalities as described here : Configure Chat Channel in Omnichannel for Customer Service - TechAir (techairgroup.com).
Unfortunalty, when I was logged as an agent, I have a screen "connexion to Omnichannel in progess - 25%" ....".
And after few seconds, I have an error message "Impossible to get authentification token [...]".
Could you help me to fix this please ?
