Hell guys,
I try to set up a trial environment to test Omnichannel functionalities as described here : Configure Chat Channel in Omnichannel for Customer Service - TechAir (techairgroup.com).
Unfortunalty, when I was logged as an agent, I have a screen "connexion to Omnichannel in progess - 25%" ....".
And after few seconds, I have an error message "Impossible to get authentification token [...]".
Could you help me to fix this please ?

It seems that I have to create a channel integration framework but I don't see how to complete URL chanel like this :
<Chat control cdn url>?uci=true&env=&ocBaseUrl=<oc endpoint>&ucilib=<crm org url>/webresources/Widget/msdyn_ciLibrary.js
I know that I have to replace info between <> but it seems that it's not working. Do I have to use "" or '' ?
