    I see that you are using the AX 2009 SP1, with the version 5.0.1000.52.  Check out www.axaptapedia.com/Build_numbers, and you see that AX 2009 SP1 now actually have RU7 as the latest version.  Upgrading to the latest Rollup Package would be advicable, and it could be worth a try. Have you also installed any 3'rd party ISV software packages ?

    @kurt : does 2009 SP1 Hotfix Rollup 7 (RU7) have all the update included ( RU6,RU5,...) ???

    and no i have not ISV software ,

    and what the worst could be happend if i installed the hotfix rollup ? and how can i removed if it caused me any issue ?

    thank you in advance

    My experience with upgrading to latest Rollup Package has always been positive.  But if you have a lot of customizations you need to make sure that they work, and that the rollup package is correctly merged with your customizations.  I see in the "fix-list" of the different Rollup packages, that some of them are related to AOS'crashes.  Them most common errors I have encountered in relation to AOS crashed is also related to printer drivers.  I also suggest to take a look at the following
