No record found.
Hi,
I'd like to run an advanced find that will return results with any dates exactly 5 days from the current date. I've tried running the next x days option (by adding 5), but it also shows records with dates prior to 5 days.
Is there a way I can do this from an Advanced Find?
Thanks,
Forid.
Hello,
I could be wrong but this is not achievable directly in advanced find at the moment...
I could think of one potential work around for this (although I have not tried this my self so not sure if this is going to work!)
we can have calculated field (Boolen field) and that will be true if start date - current date = 5 (assuming start date is your date from which you need results) other wise false...
following is the way we can define calculated fields...
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/define-calculated-fields
Now query will be (or Advanced find) will be return all result where this flag is true...... give it a try ...
hope this helps...
Thanks for your reply - Ideally, I'd like to find a way without making any changes to the entity. Any other suggestions? I know there is a fetchxml option but I don't how that works or if it is the right option in this case.
