Hi,

How can I restrict user to use VOID option in Bank Deposit Entry or Bank Transaction Entry. Dynamics GP 2016 R2. Any password enable/disable or security settings?

Thanks

    Hello Adeel,

You could look at using Field Level Security to set a Password or inactivate the Void button for the users that you do not want to be able to void. You can use the link below to download the SystemSetup.pdf that goes over setting Field Level Security.

    download.microsoft.com/.../SystemSetup.pdf

I was able to make the void button inactive when changing the option to Void.

    I hope this helps!
