Hi everyone,
i want to stop transaction in cash in hand ledger when balance is negative or it show warning message. Does any setting require for it.

Hi Shivansh, Have you tried using the Balance control function available in the main accounts? You can find a description here for AX2012 technet.microsoft.com/.../hh209695.aspx Note that this also applies for AX2009 Systems as no Change has been made in this respect between the AX Versions. Ludwig is right. You have mainly 2 controls:
1. Balance Control: This will ensure that the total balance is not credit though both debit and credit can be posted to the account. Normally used for bank accounts with no overdraft feature.
2. The other option is Dr/Cr requirement: If debit is selected then only debit transactions can be posted. This is restrictive, but an option available out of box.
