NAV 2013 Client Crash in Item availability Timeline

For one user, the Timeline screen crashes NAV 2013 when it opens.

Another user on the same computer works fine.

We tried a new computer and it does the same problem, only for her.

There seems to be something on her NAV profile (server profile maybe?).

Here's the error stack trace for the client crash:

    But then we don't understand why only her session on that laptop bugs.. she's using another user too and this one doesn't crash.

    Ok we tried on another computer and it does work, I think there is something with this particular line of laptops (XPS) maybe (we tried two different that did the same problem)

    Ok I now cleared the personalization via the page in NAV, now the pages work again.

    However after all that, the Timeline still crashes NAV for this user... Any other thing we can try?

    I did what you said and now it seems every page that had a customization can't be opened anymore.

    It sayd the page can't be opened, contact administrator.

    I tried deleting the UserPersonalization on the computer and it did not help.

    What is missing? Non-personalized pages work fine.

    Try to clear the metadata for that page for that user from the User Metadata or Page Personalization table.
