Hey everyone,
I'm currently facing a challenge, where we need to include a new trigger in Customer Insights that detects when a contact responds to a marketing email.
The issue is, the triggers that come with the Customer Insights packages are mostly for clicks, opens, and submissions, but nothing for email responses.
We need this trigger to then create customer journeys where then this contact becomes a lead in sales, etc...
Does anyone have any ideas here on how to do this trigger? I've explored using PowerAutomate detect when a response is received in a mailbox, and then changing a determined field in Contact. I'm also considering integrating Customer Service into my CRM setup, but I'm not sure if this would work out too well between Customer Insights - Sales and Customer Service, and how it would correlate with the customer journey.
