Getting error while confirming Project Invoice proposal in project operations

Hi All,

I am getting below error while confirming Invoice proposals in project operation application. I am using Non stocked / Resource environment integrated with FnO.

Unable to write to Finance and Operations apps due to following error(s): {"Write failed for entity Project Operations integration actuals with unknown exception - The value 'INV-01007-J1M9V1' in field 'Invoice proposal' is not found in the related table 'Invoice proposal'.\nvalidateField failed on field 'ProjActualsImportEntity.InvoiceProposalId'"} Please rectify your data and try again. If issue persists after multiple retries, please contact your system administrator.

Need assistance on the same.

    Hi gauravvirdi, 

    we had the same issue and with the help of microsoft support team we found the solution. 

    Can you, please, verify in F&O, the Number Sequences setup for Invoice Proposals (Menu path: Organization administration -> Number sequences -> Number sequences - see screenshot below)

    For legal entities that are being integrated with CE/ProjOps, expectation is to have the 2 checkboxes highlighted below set to “Yes”:

    After I enabled these 2 checkboxes I was able to create invoice proposals.

    Hi Mark,

    Thankyou for your response.

    I have verified Dual Write entity is running and is on the latest release but still the error is coming and data is not syncing in "Project Invoice Proposal"

    Hi Gaurav,

    Error would indicate the project invoice proposal doesn't exist in F&O. Can you check F&O PMA -> Project Invoices -> Project invoice proposals to see if the record exists.

    If not make sure the dual-write maps are running for the invoice proposal entities and they are on the latest releases especially if you have upgraded recently.
