Business Central API returns 500 - Internal Server Error

since this morning, our Business Central API just returns 500. The error message is

The correlation ID is different every time I try to call the API. The server has already been restarted several times.
The error is very non-descriptive, does someone have an idea what could cause this?

Ah, I can finally edit my post - I was blocked from doing so by the forum's software for the last days. 
The error exists for all API endpoints and it does not matter whether it's the default or custom API endpoints. 
We're using BC version 19. 
I have an idea: I suspect something has gone wrong while publishing the newest update of our extension and it did uninstall the old version of our extension, except for the API part. You cannot see it, neither in extension management nor the SQL server, but there's no two APIs with same urls and same endpoints. I suspect this causes the error. I published an update where I renamed the API endpoints and now it works, but now I have to adapt all API consumer code...
I believe this is a bug in Business Central.

Why can't I reply to posts? I am getting error messages when I try to do so. Seems like this forum is well-written...
I wanted to add that the endpoints are broken again. Every time I publish an update to my app, the API functionality of Business Central breaks.

    Is this custom api page?  are you able to get response from the standard API ? if it is a custom, possible send the custom API page code you are trying to publish.
