Dynamics 365 Portal signin page error / not available

Dear Friends.

Recently Custom portal shows this error and doesn't allow to open sign in page.

Here is the main error

We're sorry, but something went wrong. Error ID # [6086ccdf-6c0b-4712-9b1d-fa011ff4a922]

Error ID - de90d43b-1ff4-45f2-8de2-32eeb03c8878. The Webpage you are looking for at "/SignIn" is not found in the English language. To display "Page Not Found" page localize it in English language.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. Thank you for your patience.

    hi Ebad ,

      This type of error occurs when you have made any changes in the portal web-form (mainly home page)  or if you have configured any plugin or business process flow.

    Try to recover these changes.

           Its not easy to predict what caused this error but we can find a solution if you give us further details on things you have modified.

    Does anyone have the solution to this issue, we are having the same problem on /SignIn page.

    Yesterday it was working fine until end of office hours, the following day and no changes yet are made we are unable to login due to this error. This is a showstopper on our end. Pls update us whenever there is a fix. Thank you in advance.

    hi,

    This error is normally comes when there is any changes in the portal pages(in your case either Login or Home Page). Try reverting back the changes which you have done. if you have not changed any thing in the CRM or Portal then you have to raise a support ticket to get this issue resolved.

    No script, css and html codes yet to Home and Login pages. Any Idea or a usual behavior why is this happening?

    When trying to view console it says /SignIn is 404, it can't be removed since there is no signin page in web pages list.

    Question: Can we have a full debugging functionality like when using Adxstudio we can debug the true error locally since it can return the whole exception error not the global error or 500.aspx?

    It could be very helpful to everyone if found this forum.

    Hi

    There is no way we can debug the CRM portal. If you have not did any changes in CRM then only option you have is to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

    Good news, I managed to fix it by activating and deactivating a third language.

    One thing I noticed: now the default language (en-US) is dynamically added to the url when I enter the url without language code.
